Catalog as a Contract

13712617Program requirements are established by the curriculum and graduation requirements specified in the current catalog at the time of a student’s enrollment at Shepherd University. However, the university reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to and substitutions for these requirements.

In the event that a student withdraws from the university for one or more semesters and reenters at a later date, the student must meet the curriculum and graduation requirements specified in the most recent catalog. This policy may also be applied to students who maintain enrollment but do so on a part-time basis (i.e., less than 12 hours per semester for undergraduates, or 9 hours for graduate students).
