Statement of Nondiscrimination

Shepherd does not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, color, gender, and national or ethnic origin in the according or making available of all the rights, privileges, educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other university-administered programs generally open to students at the university.

In addition to this legal stance, Shepherd has a biblical stance regarding cultural diversity. The ultimate, eternal community of believers, according to Revelation 5:9, will be comprised of “every tribe, tongue, and people and nation.” The desire of the university is to enjoy this same diversity and unity of believers while training culturally sensitive ministers for effective service to the entire world.
